  I'm an agroecologist by profession (I hold an Msc in Agroecology) and passion, with 14 years of solid working experience in the field of socio-economic and ecological transformation through agroecology. I have technical experiences in designing, implementing and managing interventions/ projects for building resilience of smallholder farming communities, promoting farmer managed seed systems and neglected species, national and international level advocacy and research. I have over 3 years of NGO senior management experience, 6 years of programme management as well as governance experience (served as board member for a national NGO network for 6 years). I'm also co-facilitator of the implementation working group of the agroecology coalition, a member of the sustainable land management national steering committee among others.
