• Work closely with 3PLs to support the order processing procedure with global suppliers and customers, from placement through to delivery to ensure all POs are processed and full delivered. • Resolve enquires regarding POs and support raise of claims and invoices related. • Use of ERP system, Unleashed, to maintain accuracy of the order information, product data, stock levels, warehouse transfers and creation of SKU codes, suppliers and customers accounts. • Support reviewing the required demands from the customers and assessing stock level in line with the sales reports and rates. • Monitor stock level and shipment schedule across all the 3PLs to ensure continuous and timely supply to the customers. • Complete stock transfer between all 3PL locations based on stock and costs calculations.
