  One year and Eight months experience as a Sr. Quality Engineer in Aditya Interseas Pvt. Ltd. This company makes air cooler for many brands like (Havells, Usha, Blue Star, Godrej, Voltas, Kenstar etc.). Excellent knowledge of all brands coolers making /Production and control it’s Quality 1 st I used to provide daily good training to the all operators, who working on the production line so that they would understand with our product and make it well with minimum rejections.  Give 1st part approval on every stage and every day before production line start and inform to production team that we wanna take similar Type of Parts on Assembly line for production.  I used to be Process Quality Controls (PQC) on daily basis and create report of production line of every stage. Hourly monitoring the rejection (Red Bin) daily and create reports on it. Analyze & Create CAPA reports after lot rejected. Analyze 5why defect to reduce defect counts.  Properly maintain 5s on production line, FG areas, Stores and the other areas in the company aware to operators for 5s. To honor the operators with the rewards every week and month for maintaining the 5s and product quality well. So that all the operators maintain and enhance the quality better.  Create and published line rejections reports, process quality control reports (PQC) by mail and company’s whatsaap groups for aware to team that which type of defect I found daily basis and create Pareto data with the help of daily defect report (DDR) and monthly defect report for analysis the amount of which type of defect is increasing the most and how we can reduce it Show less

  Two years experience in Quality Austria Central Asia Pvt. Ltd. (QACA) as a Quality Engineer. This is a Third Party Company. In this company, I was doing products audit, Process audit, Pre Dispatch Inspections & Quality control of Havells India Pvt. Ltd. Products like a geyser (Instenio, Opal & Standard), Air coolers (Koolaire, Alitura, Tuono) and ceiling fan’s rotor, stators. I have very good knowledge of each and every parts of this entire product. Handling (PDI) Pre Dispatch Inspection of Havells appliances product according to sampling plan. I also often Surprise Care Audit for Product, 5S, Packaging Box and other Materials/ Spare Parts that is why we can know how does our suppliers handle our products.  Creating and mailing PDI Reports on Daily Basis after lot inspection, MIS Reports, OQC Reports, PQC Reports were sent on Weekly and Monthly Basis to Quality Team and Higher Authorities Like A Quality Manager, Project Honor for lot clearance and everyone came to know the product current situation. In case any defect found in lot so we used to hold the lot and analysis defect/ fault with Supplier’s Quality Team & after successfully found defect and its root cause we used to mail to supplier for provide CAPA to us after this we used to Re-Inspected the lot and clear it with new PDI Report.  Weekly meeting with Supplier & Our Client (Havells) that what should we do for controlling rejections, product handling and reduce Quality issues of the product.
