      Upon joining the Probation Service in 2003 I had the opportunity to work on a variety of diverse, challenging and interesting teams within the Probation Service. These experiences afforded me the opportunity to experience our range of interventions at various stages of an offender's pathway through the criminal justice system i.e. assessment, imprisonment and community supervision (including intensive supervision).
