  Greater Seattle Area Helped develop and optimize a new platform to do TALEN-based genome engineering involving extensive PCR, cloning, & sequence confirmation. Currently testing the new constructs in activated T-cells using flow cytometry. Worked on a project doing enhancer screening for a library of enhancers for the BCL11a gene. This involved lentivirus transduction, electroporation, genomic PCR, and tissue culture with CD34+ cells and K562 along with flow cytometry and cell sorting.
