Aidan will bring thoughtfulness and an attention to detail to any team he is a part of. He has a great awareness of how he shows up and will ask the right questions to see that a project or job is executed the right way, or best way, when he is finished. Aidan did a couple of specific projects for us at WiLD Leaders, one was a detailed and technical project for an expanded version of our whole leader development assessments. And the other project was a lead generation project, searching for and compiling a good list of potential clients for us to follow up with. He did both very well, and we are thankful for the thoughtful work he put into those projects. I also had the pleasure of getting to coach Aidan through the WiLD Toolkit while he was with us, our suite of 10 whole leader development assessments, and his insights and awareness of himself and how he shows up for others was really an honor to get to hear about and walk through. Aidan is kind and respectful, and I know he will do incredible work wherever life takes him. I’m excited to see what the future holds for him!
