Implemented and currently maintain the ISO9001, 14001, 45001 and 19600 standards, to manage the Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety and Compliance Systems for Rhomberg Sersa in Ireland. Worked with other stakeholders to implement and maintain the ECM (Entity in Charge of Maintenance) for RS Ireland and RS UK. Developed and maintained the Safety Management System to secure the Safety Certificate from the European Railway Agency for RSIE to operate in Ireland. Worked with colleagues in Austria to achieve the Ecovadis "Gold" rating for Enviromental, Ethical and Sustainable business practices for RSIE. Developing and managing effective communication of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality matters through appropriate safety meetings and recognised company communication channels. Provide advice and support to the operational and engineering teams in Health, Safety and Environmental matters. I am also the "Compliance Delegate" for Ireland, liaising with the the Corporate Compliance Office to ensure RSIE maintains an effective Compliance Management System. I have led projects to support the business need, such as developing and getting approval for a Rule Book change to the IE Rule Book, obtaining funding for and managing small R&D projects within the company. In a Contract Position at the Intel Site, I Project Managed the Semiconductor Process tool install for the Thin Films Metals Functional Area during the 1272 process ramp. With a team of Project Engineers we managed the installation of the high purity and low purity gas and chemical pipework as well as electrical/signal cabling to match the reference drawings issued from the Development Site. Tasks included management of: - the generation and quality of 2D tool facility schematics, - the 3D BIM (Building Information Modelling) design model - facilities construction for, and installation of, toolsets for the ramp in the factory refit. Working with Jacobs Eng and DPS Eng for 2D A&E and the various trades (Mercury Mech & Elec, Radleys Eng Mech, Jones Engineering Mech, Kirby Elec, Winthrop Elec, Imtech Suir Elec, and Ardmac Architectural trades), for BIM virtual and physical construction work. One of the key goals of the project team was to work with the project stakeholders to apply Lean / 6 Sigma principles to the project team, to reduce durations and cost without compromising safety or quality. I was responsible for Process Audits & Equipment Audits, as part of the technology transfer process from Intel’s development facility to the HVM sites, to ensure consistency and rapid start-up of plant. When engine testing I was responsible for co-coordinating the various resources: Test Measurement; Test Facilities; Test Inspection and various fitters to achieve our objectives. I also advised the Customer Support Dept. on technical issues which are were raised by customers, and was occasionally sent to inspect engines at overhaul bases.In addition to the organisational, technical and reporting aspects of the Development role I carried out practical tasks and I was the designated Lead User for the Industrial Development Projects of the Endoscopy Equipment for internal inspection (boroscoping) of Engines pre- and post-test.
