Day to day running of eMarker (electronic marking of exam papers) setup, operations and customer support for WJEC, LIBF and ABRSM Awarding Bodies to ensure examination scripts are efficiently and accurately scanned and marked in time for the results to be published. A hands on role, which includes a wide variety of PRINCE2 activities, organisational tasks and customer interaction. The role requires excellent problem-solving, communication and customer relationship skills, along with dedication to detail and accuracy of sensitive data. I led GDPR preparations with an innovative multimedia campaign, am a fire warden for the department and was one of the first to qualify as a Mental Health First Aider to assist my colleagues' wellbeing.
