Few people have the opportunity to work with a manager who is also a coach and mentor—but I did when I worked for Aidan. I learned about managing a team from him and how to understand and present to both internal and external stakeholders. He led the commercial team at vLex while I worked in customer success/product but during the times when I collaborated with him, I had the chance to witness and benefit from his leadership.
