Working closely with Grace on a daily basis, I was so amazed to see how fast she grow. She is humble, eager to learn and takes feedbacks extremely well. Not only she dived right into the projects on her first week and made great contributions, she was also actively looking for feedbacks and design critiques on her works. Grace is also so supportive as she always offer helps on the projects with challenging deadlines. I will always be more than happy to work with Grace again in the future.

Aichen is cool, collected, and fearless. I had the pleasure of mentoring Aichen through her 10 week internship with Verizon's Customer Experience Design org. She was tasked with an open-ended challenge of finding opportunities for Augmented Reality within a post-pandemic society. The resulting product concept, Node, is a thoughtful and inspiring project that uses Augmented Reality and mobile computing to connect people to real-world changes proposed within their local communities and outdoor spaces. Over the course of this project, Aichen demonstrated an unwaivering focus that allowed her to clearly present her work, and quickly adapt to the feedback of teammates and managers. She was a crucial backbone for the team who gave less experienced teammates opportunities to grow, took the initiative to collaborate on and own tasks, while also challenging herself to dive into new tools and methods as well. Any team that Aichen chooses to join will be lucky to have her.
