Ensure effective follow up with relevant HR focal points at Provincial Offices to get the signed copy of the contract and put them in the staff personal file. Provide assistance to all staff services such as travel, expense claims, document retrieval, inventory, etc; Assist Recruitment focal point to arrange the interviews by calling shortlisted applicants and book the venue. Meeting arrangement related to Appointment panel, Assist Training focal point to arrange and administer training venue with all logistics arrangements and if required to liaise up with the procurement follow up.
