Governance and Research  I drafted a proposal for the restructure of my current Governance department and presented this to four senior personnel. I calculated that my proposal would save nearly £10,000, my colleagues work output would be more efficient and there would be more transparency and accountability.  I researched on the current corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives set out by firms and several other organizations. Relationship Management  I liaised effectively with stake-holders, office-holders, Chairs and other colleagues on the preparation and presentation of papers and competently schedule all necessary arrangements for meetings.  I continuously engaged with other colleagues. Currently I am leading a running charity group and I am an avid member of the Book Club. Corporate Administration  I efficiently produced accurate and concise minutes, prepare action sheets after meetings and track actions taken, create high quality reports and correspondence and ensure I confidentially retain and file meeting papers. Received AX training and can now create expense reports and purchase requisitions.  I became the IT Transformation Representative for my department to advise colleagues on features of the Microsoft Office 365 and guide them through any issues they may have. I am very interested in Satya Nadella’s vision. I will by his book to ensure TLS’s IT Transformation Project synchronizes with Microsoft’s continuing transformation as his belief in the growing importance of empathy in a world of technology is disrupting people, aligns with my personal values and beliefs.
