  Since 2006, I have been working as a “Senior Expert Statistician” at The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBITAK), a company which provides grants for innovative research and development of projects proposed by industrial companies. During my career at TUBITAK I have been in charge of making analysis on various technological areas and disciplines and reporting the findings to the “Technology and Innovation Grant Programmes Directorate (TEYDEB)”. Again in TUBITAK, I have also been in charge of drawing/making strategic plans; annual reports; performance programmes; budget predictions; sectoral R&D presentations; statistics reports; and BIG Data Analysis for the Publicity and Programme Valuing Directorship, where I am also the coordinator of the “1503-Project Brokerage Support Programme”. I use Oracle BI to prepare most of reports and dashboards. Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) is a portfolio of technology and applications that provided the industry's first integrated, end-to-end Enterprise Performance Management System, including BI foundation and tools - integrated array of query, reporting, analysis, alerting, mobile analytics, data integration and management, and desktop integration - as well as category-leading financial performance management applications, operational BI applications, and data warehousing. I am an expert user of Microsoft Access and all other office applications and make advanced statistical analysis and inferences with R, Python, SPSS, MINITAB, and other statistical package programs like SAS, etc.
