  I am working in technical office as a project engineer.My department consist of 8 techniciian and 2 engineers.Our main product is aluminium extruded profiles.These profiles can be mill finish, powder coated,anodised or foil protected.The profiles may have also mechanical processes such as welding,drilling,milling,cutting,punching,deburring etc . RFQ comes from customers.Lots of different requests related to different shapes of aluminium extruded profiles are coming to us from the customers and we enter the informations to ERP mentioned in RFQ to monitor the process from start to end.We are evaluating,redrawing and making some improvement on the drawing and sometimes we are offering an alternative solution.Sometimes Customer wants to revise the die.So we are monitoring the engineer change request process.Evaluating the revision price,stock of the previous profiles,due date and preparing the revised technical drawings.We are using SOLIDWORKS program for drawing.We are like an organizer between the sales unit to the whole factory.We are also following all the steps from the quotation to the die making process.According to the customer specifiation and needs;We are asking the feasibility of surface requirement of the profiles to powder coating and eloxal plant.Also there are some mechanical process on the profiles ( such as drilling,milling,bending,cutting,punching etc).The feasibility is also making for mechanical processes and after all work is done;we are sharing the results with the sales unit.Our main work is making the feasibility studies for extrusion,mechanical processes and the coating processes and preparing a general report to send the sales team that helps the sales team to evaluate the cost of all processes and determine the sales price of the product for customers.   I am working as air conditioner and vacuum toilet chief in maintenance factory.I am in charge with the maintenance of coaches air conditioning and vacuum toilet systems with the 30 blue collar workers.This position helped me how to monitor the blue collar workers. I have a comprehensive knowledge about all the system parts like compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves,filters,isolators,air ducts etc. I am also in the testing and acceptence committee of the diesel engine maintenance.We have diesel train sets and we are sending the engines to the other companies for maintenance process.This engines have the same function with the automotive engines but more powerful and bigger than the automotive ones.After the engine disassembling process,we are going to company to detect if there is any problem or not.İn the 2. step,the engine is assemblying and going to the company test shop for testing.We are also testing the engine after the assemblying to the train.After all this work is done,if there is no problem, the engines are ready to work on the road. I am also preparing spare part lists annually for getting the spare parts from the suplliers.So first we are determining our needs than we are deciding the number of each parts. I am also charge with the general maintenance of the electric multiple units , a type of coach which has electric motors.These are used in all turkey such as kartal-kadıköy metro. Show less
