Working with very flexible environment anything can happen so for that i make a many various way of backups and I implement system with VT to keep and let flexibility of environment to not affect our business system and everything still under control all the times Key Contributions:  When i join to (HSE) i found that they are a victim of Ransomware all of main data is encrypted I recovered all (HSE) data with 10TB of projects, SQLite database, MS Projects and some pdf )  I Fix and Recover data from (WD-NAS-Storage) and built NAS again for scratch and i put it is as central Storage for planners [Recovered data form RAID and IMG]  Built Firewall from Scratch to keep them safe from viruses and hackers attacks and merge three different ISP ADSL lines load balance internet connection to keep line up as much as possible  They were face one of big problem that is the internet quota running out of gigabyte and network all the time is freezes. I cured that issue by Distribution of bandwidth to all engineers, from i monitoring the traffic of network and i found that (HSE) network contain with a lot of conflict and wrong hardware installation i fix that, and I Decrease the broadcast by using (VLans)  Block vulnerability for windows server 2008 r2 by securing SMB , install new update , install bitdefender for ransomware and take windows image full including system state  Built an antivirus server Symantec endpoint protection manager also to help to keep my environment safe As Possible.  Implement an excellent backup strategies based on Symantec exec backup ,WD internal backup and Hyper V to avoid ransomware virus  Implement central storage using WD NAS Storage.  I did increase the number of Projects to (HSE) about 30% by making engineers work on projects from home using VPN connection.  I Established Server Room and I install RACK for Server and Other For network to help to organize our Network.  Implement backup plan and recovery plan.
