Maintaining the Tracking Registers (Pipe Supports, Concrete Trench, GRE Trench, Technical Query) 13. Daily Site visit & Coordination with Civil & Mechanical Team for capturing the progress as well as providing new plans & managing site issues i.e. re-routing, clashing, etc. 14. Arranging Weekly Coordination Meeting with Civil & Mechanical departments for productivity, site issues, lookahead plans etc. 15. Presenting the Weekly Construction Progress Presentations to management & discussing ongoing issues & upcoming hurdles etc. 16. Coordination with QS department for Monthly Invoice Claims 17.
