  Major Responsibilities  Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and J. D’s of QA and QC department as per customer/ company policy.  Coordinates, supervises and monitors the work of subordinates and ensure effective implementation of SOP with an aim to achieve company’s goal and objective.  Ensure the working of all QA and QC staff as per J. D’s  Establishment and man power planning (prepared strength of QA & QC as business requirement)  Put best efforts to achieve global quality standards by reducing the rework.  Ensure QMS audit of factory by external auditors of buying houses and buyers.  Also handle all buyers and external auditors during their visit of Inline/Final Audit or compliance audit.  Ensure the quality of yarn.  Also ensure the quality of knitting, dyeing and FID with 4-point system and making Defect history of faults.  Ensure all lots continuity with GSM of each roll and shade bands and also approved all lots shade as per standard.  Also ensure lab test reports of all lots like shrinkage, crocking, cross bleeding etc.  Also ensure accessories inspection as per standard (AQL) of each delivery of every work order like label, zipper, sewing thread, elastic etc.  Also ensure the cross bleeding test of accessories like zipper, sewing thread, and also ensure quality of labels after washing.  Put best efforts to replace 100% checking with random inspection (according to the 4-point system fabric inspection method).  Identify customer/supplier needs in the yarn to pack process and ensure meeting the requirements.  Ensure the consumption of every style at cutting stage.  Also ensure PP meeting and Trial run of every style and chopped pattern of every style for bulk after trial run.  By making the in-line defect history we are controlling on how to reduce rework percentage, also making rework history of every Month with CAPA.
