Identifying and addressing the design parameters and problems with the Lead designer (ARCADIS) to develop and implement solutions in terms of providing a detailed design calculation. Independently evaluating, organizing and priorities work with the team such as calculations and shop drawings to avoid any delay from the project timeline.
