1.Project: Construction of Well Core Facility Project, Aramco Dhahran, KSA Project Value: 165 Million Project Description: The scope of work of this BI is to provide integrated Well Core Facility in Dhahran to consolidate the storage, handling and characterization operations of the Well Cores and cutting. The new integrated Well Core Facility will be with a total area of about 14,670 Square Meters (SM), which consists of 7,000 SM of core storage space, 1,183 SM of core handling space, 1,722 SM of office space, 2,485 SM Laboratory spaces, 1,750 SM of building support space and 530 SM for the mechanical rooms. A car park that can accommodate a minimum of 175 shade parking spaces shall also be provided.
