As an intern, I was exposed to different manufacturing processes. I used my mechanical engineering knowledge to further assist in project development and completion. The following is the experience I gained at the job: 1. Design flat pattern metal sheets and accounted for the bending deduction. 2. Taking accurate measurements form small enclosure to industrial metal buildings (12’ x 65’) and be able to model it in AutoCAD 3. Design skids for electrical equipment rooms, mobile power units and data centers. 4. Experience with many CNC machines (Metal Sheet Bending, Laser, Shear and Punching). 5. Assemble enclosures, trailers, and electrical equipments safely and efficiently. 6. Familiar with safety regulation and how to gear up for different jobs and environments. Show less
