  • Meet and greet customers asserting their needs/requirements & identifying correct Parts as per the parts catalog for different franchises like Ingersoll Rand, Linde Yanmar, Volvo Trucks, Buses, and Himoinsa. • Preparing quotations, sales orders, and sales returns. • Assist in warehouse operations like making STO, and providing a pick-up list to our delivery team ensuring correct parts are delivered at the customer's site within the time frame promised. • Follow-up of back-ordered parts & communicating them to the customer on time. • Handling workshop counter to assist technician for VOLVO (Truck / Buses / Linde parts) and issuing parts on job cards from the catalog and if parts are not available, arrange them from other branches or by placing tab orders and ensuring the correct part number is issued. Currently, at the RTA depot in Al Qouz, supporting the workshop team for bus projects and handling warehouse such as doing weekly inventory, resolving discrepancies, stock transferring, and handling inbound/outbound deliveries for other depots and workshops. • Helping out the technicians to find the correct part number for Volare buses and Eicher and sorting out if there are any IT-related issues in job cards or Proforma invoices. • Preparing reports like open orders, quotation conversion, and retention. • Handling cash counter, and invoice issuance ensuring credit terms are met as per policy/cash.
