  Attended start up and commissioning operation of Sidi Krir combined cycle 2*750 MW.Commissioning and Performance operation for Electro Chlorination &Hydrogenation unit and Demineralization plant with my leaders and seniors.Responsible for operating Electro Chlorination& Hydrogenation unit, Demineralization plant and Condensate Polisher systems using PLC, MCC, Panel and Scada system.Operating Sea Water supply & Filtration system.Operating Rectifiers and Transformers.Operating Sodium hypochlorite Generators.Operating so many types of Pumps.Operating Air Fans and Blowers.Operating many types of Valves (Manual/Auto).Operating a lot of separators.Operating many Tanks. Make Chemical Cleanings, Passivation for HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generating) Boiler, M.S.F(Multi Stage Flash desalination plants), Generators in Electro Chlorination& Hydrogenation unit and Heat Exchangers of closed cooling cycles.Make Regeneration for Resins in Demineralization plant and Condensate Polisher systems.Perform sampling and chemical analysis of water and sodium hypochlorite.Preparing shutdown and start up of units when recommended.Operating the recommended chemical dosing system for HRSG Boiler when water and steam specifications need that.Provide comments and feedback on running units during normal operation, and make conversation with my seniors.Act as focal point for plant performance, equipments performance monitoring and replacement procedure.Keeping the Plant running. Provide technical dealing and assistance to other sections such as Maintenance, Inspection, and Safety. Updating myself by reading P&ID's, O&M manuals, Datasheets and Catalogues of all units and equipments.Attending training courses, seminars and conferences in & out the company.
