  • Responsible for ground handling arrangements and movements of the station operating flights.• Following up the mails and keeping contact with the airline in case of irregularities or other issues relates to the passengers during the flight handling process.• Communicate with airline dispatch department in case of new OFP ,FPL not filed in FIC, missing routing in FPL,….etc• Post flight document data input and filing.• Ensuring that the ECAA approvals updated and sent to concerned Dep. at the airport. • Preparing and Sending aircraft scheduling, trip & route planning (weekly & daily program ) to all concerned at airport after Revising it from airline website also from the schedule update which received from traffic rights department at company. • Ensuring that all remarks added to the daily program if required.• Update the records with all customer airlines contacts (SITA , mail ….ect).• Ensuring that the records are updated with the latest versions of customer airlines manuals. • Ensuring that the records are updated with the latest versions of customer airlines security programs.• Preparing the weekly meeting agenda to discuss the main topic ,irregularities, station needs,….etc • Writing minutes of the weekly meeting, send it to HDQ at company and following up the pending topics.• Preparing and revising the traffic report of the operated flights during the month (flight No, times, registration, delays….ect).• Make monthly delay analysis report for the operated flights during the month.• Ensuring that all (daily, weekly or Monthly) reports sent to the airline and following up the pending issues till solving Show less
