  I have been the first Senior Broadcasting Journalist in Cairo since its establishment as a regional hub two years ago. Along with the editor, I am responsible for the team of eleven reporters and producers. I also act up for him in his absence. When special television overages are planned from Egypt, I am one of two assigned as co-presenters. Such occasions occurred during the coverage of the Arab league meeting in Sharm El Sheik and the 2016 parliamentary elections in Egypt. In my capacity I am also tasked with long TV interviews with prominent Arab and international politicians. For interviews conducted by the team in Cairo in general, I am a point of reference of the questions to be out forward to the guest. My background as a radio presenter has aided me to give a hand to the newcomers regarding their interviewing skills, delivery and proper Arabic and help with radio editions of Hadeethulsa'a from Cairo when the need rises.
