Post Office Headquarter Project _ New Administrative Capital As a Projects Engineer, I am in charge of following all the required activities to be done in the project on time and with required Quality/Quantity. My responsibilities include –but not limited to‐ the following: -Reviewing the contract and scope of works for the project. -Following and reviewing the work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. -Checking and monitoring the resources, manpower, Materials and equipment, required to be coordinated -Coordinating with different departments to monitor the progress of the project and making adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. -Following Engineering phase of the project (Shop drawings, Material submittal, etc.) -Following up subcontractors if any. -Following up procurement schedule related to cash flow. -Following up the fabrication schedule with the production manager for the project -Evaluating any proposed scope changes for cost and schedule impact. -Evaluating and study Value engineering for the benefit of the company or the client -Ensuring timely and economical completion of contract.
