I had the pleasure of supervising Bushra in various roles within Student Campus Community Development at the University of Toronto. Bushra reported directly to me for: -Leadership Exchange (participant & lead) -Reimagining Leadership Retreat (participant & lead x 2) -Represent Student Leadership Conference Bushra is one of the kindest, most thoughtful people you will meet - the attention, care, and detailed approach she brings to so many projects is amazing! Bushra is highly motivated and ambitious; excited to see how Bushra continues to grow within the filed of Student Affairs & Education.

I worked with Bushra for a few years building a student mental health club on campus called Healthy Minds. I first met Bushra in 2017 where she carried a role as a Secretary. From 2017 to 2020, Bushra stayed committed and made her way to becoming the Co-president of the club. Bushra has a passion to help others and takes her leadership to the next level by constantly being supportive of her team members. She is compassionate about the work that she does within equity, mental health, and community building. She takes great care in the work that she does and is dedicated to creating outcomes that exceed expectations. Bushra is a dependable colleague and I wouldn't pass up the opportunity to work with her again.
