  TTT is the dealer of PALFINGER, SOOSAN Cranes and hydraulic equipment. Position: Technical & Quality Control Engineer (15 April 2019 - present) 1-Technical and Proposal Department. - Studied an inquiry and application of a customer. - Receive and review RFQs from clients. - Conduct engineering studies (stability, load & moment calculation, lifting diagram) and provide technical support for sales team to provide the optimal solutions for customers’ requirements. - Obtain detailed costing of products, materials & other sub-contract works and prepare detailed quotations accordingly. - Study & analyze technical specification sheets and documentations for new &existing products. - Prepare tender documents for public and private sectors in compliance with their own systems & requirements (familiar with ARAMCO/SCECO systems). - Initiate job kick-off meetings for new purchase orders / projects and responsible for the technical aspects of the projects. - Create & Maintain clients’ database including information about offered products, received orders & potential market opportunities. - Assist, when necessary, in after-sale service and spare parts inquiries. - Coordinate with Procurement for any project’s requirements. - Prepare Commercial Drawings. 2- Quality Control Department. - Make a list of the required quality specifications and the correct method of workflow and update it constantly. - Ensuring that the quality specifications are met, and the work is progressing in the right way by not going to the next stage until after inspecting and sending a report to the manufacturing department and after fixing all the notes, it is approved to move to the next stage and so on. - Make a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) and take responsibility if any problem or mistake appears after delivery to the customer.
