   DOS (Dealer Operating Standards) Coordinator: o Certified as a DOS Coordinator by Scania. o Responsible for assigning training sessions to the entire service team. o Responsible for keeping the premises up to the latest Scania DOS standards at all times. Everything is checked by employees from Scania Middle East, who are in continuous and direct contact with me for evaluation. o Handling all the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), CRM (Customer Relation Management) and Customer Complaints which were also part of the DOS. I reactivated these as they were not in use upon my addition to the company.  Planning, organizing and executing all services on various sites (daily repairs, maintenance and preventative maintenance, refueling).  Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop, including job scheduling and labor allocation for day to day operations.  Diagnosing and checking all defective vehicles, before and after repairing failures, using diagnostic tools.  Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, services and general repairs.  Opening new job orders and assigning each work order to the suitable technician.  Following up with company owners and drivers.  Preparing weekly and monthly reports for service dues and completion.  Preparing trucks and equipment spare parts requisition for the store.  Updating the next service date or service hours for the delivered truck or equipment.
