Efter många år på Dialect valde jag att gå vidare till Phonera/Com Hem B2B. Här började jag jobba som kvalitetsansvarig men snabbt insåg jag förbättringsmöjligheter i kunderbjudandet, vilket ledde till att jag blev ansvarig för alla erbjudanden, paketeringar och inköp för både Com Hem B2B och dotterbolaget Phonera. After quitting on Novatronix I started working on Dialect Kundservice AB as product educator but eventually I became the product manager who took out campaigns and offers for the company which lead to major benefit from the ad campaigns we could offer the customer. I learned a lot about how to work with several people at the same time and try to satisfy everyones needs. I was assigned to be the personal trainer for the new sellers, with my techniques and tips we were able to reach higher sale revenue.Besides the above, I worked with quality control that led to the Win-back concept. Win-back concept was about to win back lost customers that the company lost because of for example incorrect information or dissatisfaction. We were able to deal with unhappy customers in a good way and get them to turn their vision about our sales company.

Working as a store manager was a big step for me in my career, the reason is because I was there building up the store and it’s structure from scratch. www.Nymobil.se was only available online at the time, the first store was opened in a highly trafficed mall. As a store manager I was the one responsible for the sore sales, sellers and the online store. I worked a lot with my sellers, where I held continuous training to keep them updated about the latest developments in sales and technology.
