  Quality Control Engineer responsible for monitoring, controlling all manufacturing processes of power transformer, troubleshooting the issues and try to find the suitable solution to meet with standard and avoid any future electrical or mechanical failure in the transformer. Insure all instruments and protection devises are healthy and as per our requirements from the receiving stage till dispatched to the site. Contacting and communicating with the suppliers to make sure that they have performing the required testes for any materials or instruments with calibrated instruments and collect the test certificates. Preparing the NCR report if any damage\failure happen during the manufacturing stages of the transformer. Performing all tests (Routine, Type and special) for Power Transformer up to 500 MVA – 400KV as per IEC60076 to make sure that the transformer are healthy and within the customer requirements. Check the functional operation of RTCC and FCC panels of the transformer before despatch and read the electrical drawing to insure that there is no wrong operation or unwanted signal and it’s as per customer requirements. Make sure that the transformer Oil are electrically insulation strength as per IEC 60422 and met with the stander by doing BDV test , Water Container test and DGA test. Show less
