  The Events Associate is responsible for ensuring the execution of safe and successful events on the historic Buskirk-Chumley stage. The Events Associate will be tasked with house management, artist hospitality, merch sales, and administrative tasks, as assigned by the Events Director. Primarily, the Events Associate will be accomplishing their goals during the operation of stage events in the evenings and weekends so the ideal Events Associate must be available during those times. This position is responsible for knowing the details of all stage events and prepare other floor staff and volunteers to patron flow. The Events Associate must be able to read and interpret artist riders and make decisions that ensure BCT Management is in compliance with rider requests. As a member of BCT Management’s Operations Team, the Events Associate will report directly to the Events Director, under the general supervision of the Associate Executive Director.
