  My scope of work: - Lead the design process through all its stages from conceptual design till issuing shop drawings and following up the execution on site. - Designing layout, flooring, ceiling, furniture & lighting. - Work a site engineer in finishing. - Prepare Shop drawings for the projects. - Prepare As-Built drawings for the projects. - Follow up the final design with 3d draughtsman. - Check full set of Architecture drawing of the project (plans, elevations, sections, perspective) received from consultant for reviewing it to be compatible. - Define the comments on the drawings if found to modify it and submit (RFI) about it for consultant. - Following up the consultants comments. - Making coordination between Architecture drawings and fire safety plans. - Making coordination between Architecture, Structure & MEP drawings submitted to civil defense and discuss the differences if found with the concerned parties. - Revise interior design drawings and make coordination with Architecture drawings. - Review the Arch design and Making changes in it if needed. - Making full study for project and define the areas for it (Built up area – Gross area – Net area – Covered percentage - etc.) - Make presentation booklet for our Real estate Company to help them in selling or renting projects. - Make comparison between DC1 & DC2. - Reviewing received BOQ. - Making modification required by the owner and discussing it’s with his representatives. - Check the best location for CCTV Room in the project by coordination with telecom engineers. - Preparing documents& obligations to submit for Municipality to receive buildings permit. - Checking the design of the project according to QTA regulations criteria if it required & preparing documents and drawing to apply for QTA approval. - Fencing, signboard design, put driving directions and architecture presentation for the elevations. - Calculating materials quantities & Prepare finishing schedule.
