  Job Description:1. Review and adjust one month look ahead for planned/forecasted engineering submittals.2. Preparation of MEP engineering technical notes, reports and request for information’s, formal letters directed to Client and consultant.3. Review Electrical & Mechanical design solutions including relevant calculations.4. Preparation , review and checking of design documentation as required5. Supporting design and technical reviews,6. Finish for MEP shop drawing ( in-house ).7. Supporting inter-disciplinary engineering as required,coordinate between designer, technical office and construction team.8. Working with project team to ensure successfully delivery of electrical engineering input, manage staff ensuring successful technical delivery or project documentation, and executing duties in accordance with Contract requirements.9. Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the MEP trades.10. Review and approve material and equipment for electrical systems.11. Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Construction Manager and Field Staff.12. Supervise review, preparation and coordination of submittals and shop drawings13. Attend and engage with Clint technical meetings.14. Audit and monitor Document control work and ensure proper document configuration is conducted.15. Ensure quality, cost-effective, and timely design review activities. Show less
