Key Achievements • Developed a daily production planning system instead of weekly system that monitors product freshness and expiration, based on daily sales. The system is designed to track the production order VS daily sales, in terms of finished good's freshness, coverage, expiry in chamber and market out of stock. And it also tracks the produced batch Vs the selling date, • Developed an integrated production plan system (for 8 SKUs) that runs automatically and gives the most optimized finished goods freshness.• Built a robust module for the Raw & Pack ordering method, by building an automated ordering tool connected to the MRP that builds a full year pipeline for all materials, through optimizing the ordering pattern and quantity. The rational is to compare all the possible order combination for rolling 12 months volume, in terms of holding cost, caring cost and opportunity cost of cash flow.
