  -Responsible for operating of KHD rotary kiln 72 m,diam 5m, double string 5500 t/hr. -Responsible for operating IKN grate cooler for 5500t/he. -Responsible for operation of vertical raw mill (loesche 56. 4)and following up all conditions that make any effect on the efficiency of the vertical raw mill and try to find creative solutions for any problems during the operation of the Mill. -Monitoring and adjusting the process parameters such as temperature, pressure, flow rates, levels, etc... for the raw mill. -Responsible for EP filter (electrostatic precipitator )& follow up field work. -Control of the dust emissions by adjusting parameters like gas velocity, moisture, KV & MA of EP filters. -Obtaining the charts, trends and process data for any measurement and analyzing them to specify any problems. -Responsible for operating of the vertical cement mill (loesche 63. 3+3)and follow up its production & trying to achieve high quality products in cooperation with chemical &physical laboratory. -Participate in annual maintenance of the plant. -leading &distribute tasks for group of technicians working on site.
