      Responsibility & Achievements Planning, Managing and running all Human Resources activities across the organization that serve different business Responsible for activating the human resources part of the ERB system (SAP SuccessFactors) Ensure that all human resources policies, procedures, and HR programs are consistently administered and enforced, aligned with company objectives and are in compliance with various professional standards, state regulations requirements, and laws. Managing, compiling and analyzing annual performance reports for all employees of the company. Manage the medical insurance contract and Handling all Problem and procedures of the Medical Insurance Ensure that managers and staff are fully aware of HR policies. Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers and absenteeism rates etc. Serve as a link between Top management and employees by handling questions and resolving employees' memos.
