•Responsible for designing course syllabus, develop teaching aids and time-table planning. •Handling examination papers and course works. •Plan to delivery quality teaching on all Automotive subject. •Management of keeping accurate and timely records, submission of grades, adhering to the policies and procedures of the organization. •Ensure instructor involvement, effective planning preparation for classes. •Responsible for instructor discipline, conduct, attitude and behavior. •Ensure safety equipment used at class and workshop up to date. •Provide strategies and assist marketing team for increasing student enrollment. •Draw up plans for the development of the Centre. •Plan and advise on upgrading the Centre’s ‘Standard Operating Procedure’ (SOP). •Register student on Jabatan Pembangunan Kemahiran system eSKM. •Provide Instructor, assessor and staff timeline. •Ensure KPI’s is achieved. •Plan 5S activities. •Other duties assigned by the Principal/Vice Principal.
