1. Work on Factory acceptance test (FAT), Site acceptance test(SAT) with Supplier, Client, and consultant. 2. Working on plan drawing for equipment arrangement at site for site assessment with all parties. 3. Giving training for equipment preventive maintenance to client and team members. 4. Troubleshooting on electrical and mechanical equipment to enhance or rectify client production and process on site. 5. Working hands on for equipment overhauled mixer, positive displacement pump, metering pump, vacuum pump, and motor. 6. Able to draw, modify, and understand P&ID and electrical drawing including reverse engineering process. 7. Setup and work on testing and commissioning (T&C) of new equipment on site using Vibration meter, Rotation per minute (RPM), Temperature gun, electrical amps, and sound level. 8. Handling on paper work for project submission and progress update on site.7. Prepare and conduct experiments. 9. Handling project, preventive maintenance and T&C with Air Selangor, Lembaga air Perak(LAP), Syarikat Air Johor(SAJ), Syarikat Air Terengganu(SATU), Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang(PBA), 10. Working with private and GLC company for equipment servicing such as Nestle, Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB), Felda Global Venture(FGV), Wilmar, TopGlove, Petronas and etc. Project Achievement : 1. Installation 5 unit of agitator - Cargill Palm Product Sdn Bhd 2. Testing and Commisioning for polymix, lime and pottasium(KMnO4) system - Syarikat Air Terengganu. 3. Manage to overhaul 70series with working experience less than 2years - Nestle Sri Muda. 4. Experience in OACIS I and OACIS II (chlorine control) - Air Selangor. 5. Manage to overhaul WCB pump positive displacement - Nestle Sri Muda. 6. Manage to overhaul 60unit of 15Q-2 (ongoing project) - Sg Langat Water Treatment plant. 7.
