Ensure company complied with Fund Management Requirements which are section 13 of the Financial Services Act 2013 (FSA), section 13 of the Islamic Financial Services Act 2013 (IFSA) and Principle 4 of the Guideline on E-Money. Handling appointment and reappointment of Trustees which includes negotiating on fees. Weekly reporting to trustee on E-wallet liabilities balance. Preparing and submission of smart grants and MSC Status applications with MDeC. Involved with IT team dealing with Payment Service provider in setting up Bank’s FPX B2C and FPX B2B facilities via Payment Service Agent PSA.
