  To maintain and protect the security of the building for the safety of the residents inside. To remain a visual deterrent to anyone who may be up to no good. To Respond to any complaints that the residents may have quickly and efficiently ensuring that the residents have the best possible stay. Escorting unruly patrons out of the building. Will be expected to write a report of any incidents that have happened throughout the day and communicate that to the guard that has come to cover the next shift. Greeting customers as they enter and exit the building. Providing information about the hotel (meal times, events etc). Making sure that customers and employees are safe within the building.
