Planning to deliver equipment to external provider or perform On-site calibration. Overall task required critical decision making on not to risk the delivery as some equipment required long lead-time to calibrate. Communicate with Inter-department by providing informative update such as man-hours, cycle time for production, costing related to the system and also advise any process solution in order to eliminate issue.
