Manages the whole Staff of Trizac Abu Dhabi consisting of 45 people of different categories from Sales engineer, internal sales engineers, order entry and project execution staff secretaries etc. Responsible to prepare complete plan & budget for the complete company with its 3 divisions being (Piping & Flow, Instrumentation and control, Chemical Division. In addition, establish a commission program which motivates the sales team and the supporting staff. Monitor all the different projects within the Oil & Gas industry and the power and water sector and follow up on those projects with our different principal’s world wide. Establish good communication system between the company and its different principals to make sure that the principals are pre-qualified and are on the bidders list on all major projects. Also make sure that our quotations have good reception within the client environment. Coordinate the training programs for subordinates and sales team with the principal to better understand the products they are selling and the environment they are selling to. Upgrade the sales skills within the company to be able to locally prepare bids for small and medium size projects; thus increase the revenue to the company. Attended different international exhibitions and evaluated new companies that can be added to the portfolio of companies we represent the potential of business, review and sign the agency agreement with the new companies. In the last 2 years I was able to add 3 new companies to Trizac Portfolio Attend all the sales meeting arranged by our principals world wide and explain the potential of projects in our area, thus establish more visibility to our projects and support from the top management of our principals Show less
