I worked under Ahmad for 4 years and I closely worked with him for few occassions. He is very smart and he knows how to get the things done from the team...But he is always supportive to the team and he make sure every one given enough room to work and excel. As a managing director, he keeps every information about the market in the finger tip which is the key to the organization growth. He is always a successful leader because of his technical knowledge (He always gets in to details when demands), understanding of the market/customer, quick decision making, self confident and balancing the work. He still runs the company in a highly professional way...And really a great company, great leader to work. I never felt any difference after moving from MNC on comfortness..
