  Being transferred to marine unit within the organisation. This is a key position to track the vessels monthly safety, control and reliability KPI as well as stewardship and conduct analysis of the statistics. Include follow up with vessel operators on overdue reports. Provide report and tracking sheet on monthly basis for review. Organizing marine safety meetings, programs & campaign. Tracking vessels fuel and bulk materials inventory and movement. Verification of marine security controls measures. This includes random review of CCTV, vessel tracking system, tracking of fuel transfer meter calibration expiry, quarterly physical verification tracking. Coordinate vessel crew premobilization activities this include review of CV and pre-mob document via share points, briefing and interview of the candidates. Identify areas for improvement in the Marine (External & Internal) process via annually review. Implement and monitor Safety Policy, Programs, and Procedure for marine vessels via V&V programs. Liaises with vessel Owners/Representatives and vessel master’s on safety, operational and technical issues. A focal person for materials and vessels movement in company’s wide. Perform planning and approval for material load out and offshore vessels schedule. Handling about 20 nos of vessel movement ranging from straight supply vessels, crew boats, GPVs, Diving Support Vessels, Mini AVs and Platform Supply Vessels. Communicating consistently with vessel Masters and offshore platform team for real time vessel movement. Provide analysis and approval for urgent material requirement by offshore team. Update material request and load out approval in the logistic incorporated IPES (SAP) system. Create logistic plan routing for vessels in the KABAL(WELS) system which integrate with IPES (SAP) system for linking the materials and vessels movement update into one common platform. Monitoring weather condition at offshore especially during NE monsoon season and reflect it into vessel scheduling. Provide calculation and analysis on the total tonnage and square meter cargo demand monthly and present it to the management and give suggestion for more efficient logistic operations. Provide cost analysis on day to day logistic operation. Planning for cargo handling equipment (CHE) on the load out and backload to ensure sufficient CHE support and utilization efficiency.   Assigned in the ExxonMobil Logistic Department. Responsible for supply vessel cargo planning for loadout and backload on day-to-day operations. This is to ensure to maximise vessel deck utilisation and to ensure cargo gap is addressed for the safety of vessel crew. Communicating with vessel Master and offshore platform team for the loadout and backload cargo requirement. Plan and propose for vessel routing to offshore location and made sure the cargoes stowed is based on routing sequence. Working with offshore storeman, well work team, HMM team, HWU team and provide them with appropriate loadout information on their cargoes. Successfully plan for as maximum as 95% deck utilization and improvise the load list to facilitate ‘One Touch’ campaign by the company. Show less

Appointed as an approved Roving Engineer by ExxonMobil to represent company.
