• In charge in Automatic Machine, Airbag Sewing Machine and Computerized Table Cutter (ATOM Brand-mostly for oil and gas gasket industry) • Perform machine commissioning and installation setup and on-site technical & troubleshooting support • Conduct demonstration and training (machine setup & repair) to customer. • Provide solution to customer through email & tele-service for machine breakdown. • Assist calibration, qualification perform by supplier for automotive airbag sewing machine. • Advice customer on solution and idea for machine maintenance and modification on the jig design of the machine. • Create & Design Programming on sewing machine Side Airbag Sewing Machine. • Provide preventive maintenance service and repair to the machine end user by hour of usage in order to avoid unwanted machine breakdown. • Liaise and work together with customer’s Engineering subcontractor on machine special modification using PLC. • Having discussion with teams (technicians) regarding machine breakdown and choose solution and provide to the customer. • Long notice travel oversea (Singapore) for supporting customer’s breakdown machine. • Prepare quotation for clients • Build and maintain good relationships with clients. • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. • To carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time.
