- Using QlikView to build dashboards for financial and performance audit purposes and provide advanced data visualisation and analysis over large datasets including trend analysis, data reconciliation, grouping analysis, and regression analysis. - Started a social media data analysis project, which included collecting the data, data cleansing, applying sentiment analysis (using Python), and build a QlikView dashboard to visualise this data. - Developing the project phases from inception. - Presenting and reporting the project findings to senior management. - Developing and maintaining effective relationships with client stakeholders - Use text mining methods to help QAO conduct performance audits more efficiently and achieve different tasks. I use sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text summarization in this task. - Loading and transforming flat files from different sources into SQL database. - Help to find new ways to improve business efficiency and solve problems related to both the financial and performance audit process. • This is a joint project with the Queensland Audit Office (QAO). QAO role is to provide independent audit services and reports to parliament to enhance public sector accountability.• In this project we aim to use machine learning technologies to help QAO achieve different tasks using text mining techniques such as sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and text summarization.• Developing the project phases from inception. • Leading the project stream and liaison with QAO executives.• Implemented different machine learning and statistical modelling methods including unsupervised LDA topic modelling, semi-supervised topic filtering, frequent pattern mining, sentiment analysis for social media data. • Produced user friendly interface (GUI). • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with client stakeholders • Presenting and reporting the project findings to senior management.• Involved in personal interviews with stakeholders which helped me maintain understanding of performance audit process at different levels of administrations.• Help finding new ways to improve business efficiency and solve inherited problems related to the performance audit process.• Writing a report to describe the project phases in details and provide insight on future steps to benefit from text mining in the performance audit.
