I had the pleasure of working with Andy when he was the Director of Information Technology at YTI Career Institute. Andy is one of the strongest managers I've worked with, and as a result, the IT team was incredibly organized, motivated, and efficient. Andy worked collaboratively with every department at YTI, and this had a significant positive impact on our recruitment efforts. The marketing department relied very heavily upon accurate data delivery, and Andy's team was dedicated to that task. As a result of their efforts, we had automated data delivery systems and customized reporting that were unique among institutions in our sector. One of Andy's key strengths is his ability to "think outside the box" to come up with solutions to complex challenges. We would regularly make requests for new system configurations or reports, and Andy was always an enthusiastic partner to help us achieve those goals.
