Key Accomplishments: Owned and managed the reconciliation of Centre Fees and highlighted 300K GBP in uncollected income; advised customer operation team leaders on appropriate income recovery methods. Identified 48K GBP in monthly overpayments to a client and successfully recovered funds that should not have been transferred. Selected for a CITB Recognition Award in 2017 in recognition of a positive work ethic and commitment to excellence. Questioned and challenged the GRNing/releasing of 30K GBP taken by Direct Debit; which resulted in a refund of 27K GBP. Part of successful Project Management Purchase to Pay team which was looking at the different purchasing processes within the company and was tasked to come up with the best solution Lead a successful finance project within the channel to help improve the service to our customers and to reduce queries relating to finance, mostly finding and implementing the way on how to reduce the number of credit notes and refunds issued, to work more efficiently. Overall job performance in 2013 & 2015 was Exceeds Expectation which was accompanied with a pay rise and a bonus payment; Being commented by Management that one of my biggest strengths is my determination to look beyond solving the immediate problem towards the solution that will minimize the problem in the future, or streamline the process that is required to fix it.
