We built up and run a service design & UX agency practically from scratch behind the Y&R Group's shopper marketing brand Labstore. As head of the agency I was responsible for this building. We started with 3 members, we were 5 when I left - after the first 6 months we invited strategic UX competences into the building. Our vision was to provide a business design consultancy: transform products and services including digital and non-digital elements of them. During that period our clients were: Telenor, MagNet Bank, METRO, Opel, brf, Danone, Société and MOL Group. Show less
