My functions in the company, as Sales Analyst, are the following: - Support our customers in Argentina and attending our clients from differents countries. - Receive and charge Purchase Orders in Tango, consult with Production Area about the schedule to our best performance and accomplish our clients lead times. - Coordinate shipping with Production Area, in Argentina and Colombia, by the control of the corresponding documentation, such us Origin Certificate and Boarding Permission. - Fluid dialog with potential and stable customers. - Send Samples to our customers from Argentina and Colombia. - Introduce in the Sale Area the KPI (Key Performance Indicators), to improve our indicators as sellers and offers our best performance. - Control and sending of quality protocols for our customers. - Prepare samples for customers visiting. As Graphic Designer, my tasks are the following: - Develop a Brochure for the company, to use in different situations, and insert us into the label market. - Presentations for our different clients, to introduce our different labels developments. - Develop different pieces of merchandise, like agendas, note books, pens, and bags, among others. - Develop an Anual Report to the President of the company.
