I had a pleasure working with Agnieszka for a few years while building WeWork's business in Poland and CEE. She was one of our first hires in the region and was building this business from the scratch to one of the largest co-working operators in the region. Her responsibilities also grew very quickly, because she proved she can be not only a great professional and expert but also a great leader for different teams. Aga is super efficient, capable, open-minded, goal- and people oriented. At the same time she is a great person and a team player with a good sense of humor, positive mindset and energy, reliable and trustworthy. I'd love working on a project with her again!

I first met Agnieszka on her very first day as Content Team Lead in Booking.com to support her in her onboarding. She couldn't wait to get started, to meet her team and to take on ownership - and this summarises her personality very well: She brings a lot of energy to the table and doesn't shy away from taking on responsibility. I know from her reports how highly they appreciate her professional and personal dedication. She is one of those team leads who always finds the right balance between challenging her reports in an honest but constructive way and to help them develop - sometimes even into roles that they would never have considered to be successful in. Agnieszka also played an active role in our team lead group. We all learnt a lot from her enthusiasm and valuable feedback. I hope I get the chance to work with Agnieszka again in the future.
